MGP10 graded for use in load-bearing, above-ground structural framing, this 240 x 45 size gives you the deeper, wider profile needed to carry serious loads over longer spans — ideal for the heavier structural work that smaller sizes can't manage.

H3 LOSP treatment protects against decay, fungi and termites in above-ground, externally exposed environments, extending the timber's service life, while kiln-drying reduces movement and makes it easier to handle, cut and fasten on-site with standard carpentry tools.
