Auseal Xpose Aggregate Retarder - 20L

Auseal Expoze is a water-based, high-tech concrete surface retarder that facilitates controlled aggregate exposure in freshly poured concrete. It delays surface hardening in a predictable way, allowing the top layer of mortar to be washed off to reveal the natural aggregate beneath — without compromising the overall strength or curing of the concrete.

Uses:

• Producing decorative exposed aggregate finishes on driveways, patios, and pathways

Application: Apply as a uniform spray using a pressure sprayer after the initial concrete bleed. Time delay in surface set typically ranges from 12–24 hours, depending on environmental conditions and concrete composition. After the designated waiting period, rinse or pressure wash the surface to reveal the exposed aggregate finish — normal setting continues once the retarder is washed off.
