Avista Exposed Aggregate Concrete Sealer - 20L

A solvent-based, clear protective coating specifically formulated for exposed aggregate concrete surfaces such as driveways and paths. Suitable for use on both new and old exposed aggregate surfaces, it helps protect the substrate from weathering, UV damage, and the ingress of dirt and grime — keeping surfaces looking better for longer.

Uses:

• Sealing new or previously sealed exposed aggregate driveways and paths

• Protecting exterior concrete from dirt, staining, and weathering

Application: Ensure concrete is sufficiently cured (minimum 14 days) and is clean and free of grease, oil, and paint — a stiff broom and general-purpose cleaner are recommended, with pressure cleaning at a minimum of 2000 psi. Allow the surface to dry completely before sealing. Pour sealer into a roller tray and apply evenly with a suitable roller or broom, applying a second coat after at least 2 hours. Do not apply at temperatures below 8°C or above 35°C. For resealing previously coated surfaces, solvent must first be used to reactivate the existing sealer.

Recoating: Recommended approximately every 2 years, depending on use and environmental conditions.
